Home is where the heart is, and Vasken Jeknavorian has called Valley Village his home, his entire life. Growing up in this Los Angeles suburb, he has a deep love and knowledge of his city and his roots are planted deep. When it comes to helping his clients, his familiarity with the area is his edge to answering all their questions, not just with their home, but with the neighborhood they’re going to live in. He knows the strengths of the school districts, which parks and recreational areas to visit, the finest shopping spots, and the hidden restaurants only the locals are aware of. Buying and selling a home is not only the largest purchase in one’s life, but it also dictates the lifestyle you will be living, in your neighborhood and surrounding areas. Studying business at California State University, Northridge, Vasken understands the value of marketing and always puts his best foot forward to helping his clients sell their homes. The road to becoming a licensed realtor was abundant with diverse experience which makes Vasken such a well rounded realtor. He has worked for over a decade in the corporate business world, which led him to opening up his own business in Santa Monica. He has spent so much of his life understanding the value of marketing, and passes on that experience to his client’s benefit. Following the housing market so closely for so many years, real estate was the only natural next step. When he’s not working, Vasken is an avid sports fan, always rooting for his home team, be it the Lakers, Rams or USC Trojans. He travels every chance he gets, from across the US to South America and Europe. He loves the outdoors, and has spent many days fishing from the Pacific Ocean to Big Bear Lake.
