Gassia was born and raised in Lebanon. Due to the Lebanese civil war, she moved with her family to Doha Qatar. After graduating High School, she moved to Pasadena California, and attended Pasadena City College. After obtaining her Associates degree, she moved to Scottsdale Arizona and obtained a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. Eight years ago, she moved back to Pasadena and once again fell in love with the city. From the beauty of the homes, the lovely sense of community and not to mention the wonderful people who live in it.

From a young age, Gassia always had a deep passion for Real Estate, and she knew that one day she would answer the calling into the Real Estate field. She says, “I know the joy I felt when I purchased my first home, but I also went through stressful times and felt overwhelmed throughout the process. Many ask me why I wanted to get into real estate. I want to help my clients feel the joy I felt when buying or selling a home. It is very exciting but could become a bit stressful and overwhelming. As your real estate agent, my duties to you are plenty but one of my goals would be is to make sure you get thru the transactions, feeling nothing but joy and excitement without feeling overwhelmed or stressed.”

Her “golden rule” for every transaction is to always be based on the quality of her performance and never the quantity. If it takes the clients months or even a year to find that perfect home, she’s in it till the end. Her goal is to help her clients feel completely comfortable with the transaction by treating them exactly the way she would want to be treated.

Gassia loves being one with nature by camping, fishing, kayaking, bicycling, jogging, and cooking. She also loves to travel and mingle with the locals, because to her getting the true sense of experiencing another country goes beyond its beauty of the structures and nature, it’s also by getting to know the people who live there, their culture, customs, and their way of living.

One additional unique hobby she has is that she loves looking at homes. “I want my clients to never feel like they are “dragging” me around too much looking at homes. As the saying goes; "Choose a job you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life”. I don’t work, I just join good people with their journey and adventure of real estate venturing” she says.

“There are many achievements we need, should and must accomplish in life. Whether it’s education, a profession, a trade we learn or running a successful business. All of these bring joy and pride to the individual, but in my opinion, nothing exceeds the joy and pride one receives by becoming a homeowner. I would love to have a part in your real estate accomplishment. Nothing gives me more joy than to know I have assisted my clients reaching their goal in real estate.”
